Ideologion Forbids when assigning beds

Kind of complicated to explain but..

I have a female / male couple.
They are lovers
They want to sleep together
I can't assign them the same bed because it says "Ideologion forbids" where there should be another "assign" bar
The female of that couple has the 'Leader' social role
The male has no role

I have another female / male couple
The female has the "Cleric" role
The male has no role
I CAN assign them the same bed to sleep in

So my question is, Is my Ideologion making it so my leader cant share a bed with another colonist? If so, what is doing that. I've looked through everything and I just can't find whats doing that.

Only mods are Prepare Carefully, wall light, rimfridge, the UI improvement, heat maps, and maybe a couple more very small low impact gameplay ones.

what are their precepts? if both parties don't have free love then they won't be able to share a bed unless they are married.

If the ideology has "Physical Love" set to prohibited, no one of that ideology is able to share a bed with their lover.

Yup, either this Ideology requires marriage before bed-sharing, or one of them is a slave. Or both.

You can at least give them two separate beds in the same room. If they're lovers it will count as sleeping together, and the room will count as a bedroom instead of a barracks.

Also possible that one of the two couples is of mixed ideologies, and one of those prohibits sharing a bed.
