Fine smooth floors

Are smooth stone floors classed as fine for royalty needs? If not does anyone know a mod that classes them as such?

Smooth floors qualify as fine floors, or at least they did when I made a smoothed-floored throne room in 1.1.

I'm pretty sure they count as regular flooring, not fine.

I don't think they count at all, at least that was my experience in my last play through.
