How to level up to Acolyte?
i have a pawn that is not royality yet but skipped a level to Acolyte. I can't assign a meditation throne because of that it seems and don't know how to fix that?

What do you mean? You made a Yeoman use a neuroformer? Then he's just a Yeoman with level 2 psylink, he's not actually an Acolyte.

Might be worth checking their Bio again, as well as their Needs. My thinking is: What is the negative moodlet they're getting for not having a valid Throne room?

It's entirely possible that you had them as an Acolyte, used a Permit to call in a Food/Steel/Support drop - and then did it again while it was on cooldown, which would have spent some of that pawn's Honor points, bringing them back down to the Yeoman tier.

I get the feeling OP is confusing Psylink level and noble standings.

OP, check the pawn's bio for the pawn's meditation types. If he has artistic, plop down a statue and put a meditation spot in front of it. If he has natural, put that spot near the anima tree. If it's morbid, the spot goes near a used grave or sarcophagus. Aesthetics get one facing the wall. If it is dignified, just put a throne in an otherwise unused room and make sure that room is completely floored.

Completely unrelated, but does anyone else have trouble typing "anima tree?" It's been almost a full year, and I still catch myself calling it an "anema tree," which would be something completely different.

to clarify, my pawn got enough honor to get from zero to Acolyte (so we skipped the Yeoman tier).

Now i have the quest for the bestowing (Acolyte) but i do not meet the room reqs. and it seems i need to have a meditation throne. I have one but i can't assign my pawn to it (doesn't show up in the list) because she is not a Yoeman yet (i think that's the reason)

can we have a screenshot of your throneroom?
how big?
is it floored?
brazies? lit?

the bedroom is probably not needed for the ceremony, but just in case, does the pawn have his own bedroom?
Skipping from 0 to Count/ess shouldn't cause trouble. IIRC from the top of my head, the requirements for acolyte are the following:
  • 24 Tiles minimum.
  • Throne, make sure it is a normal throne; there used to be a time when the game used to fail to recognise the difference between one and the other.
  • All floored; material doesn't matter.
  • 2 Braziers. Both must be lit at all times.
Having that should allow you to accept the quest and get the bestower to your colony. You don't need to assign the pawn to the throne room; just having it is enough. The game will let you assign it once the ceremony is done.

pawn has a shared bedroom with her husband.

I aready had a king bestowing (for her husband) and it worked without problems.

Edit:

do i need a separate throne room for every pawn? or is it because i don't have enough meditation thrones (they are already taken, can't unassign them)?

I fail to see why it wouldn't let you use that as coronation/bestowing place. If you are saying there are three thrones and three pawns assigned to each one, then yes, you need a fourth throne for the next noble: it has to be an unassigned one or a throne under that same pawn's name.

aight i'll try to unassign one or build some more, ty.
