Report a translation problem
If it's bugged there are multiple workarounds to fix it. The "gameplay" version would be to increase your colony limit in the game settings and have that caravan "settle" on the tile they are at, then pack them up into a new caravan and have them go home, and abandon that new settlement later. The easier dev mode option would be to turn on dev mode, select the caravan, then right click your colony and use the send instantly option or whatever it is called.
