How To Make Colonist an Emperor/ Count?
I am trying to do a playthrough with a King and his servants. But as it stands right now, the "King" is just a guy I assigned to a more decorative room and is not assigned to any work. I figured out that this is not good enough once I made them a throne and found I could not assign them to it. How do I make them actual royalty?

I am mostly asking how to cheat this in. My "King" is already royalty in my eyes and should be in the colonist's eyes, too.

Yes, how do I apply the title with dev mode? What options do I click?
In order for a colonist to be assigned to a throne and actually use it, they need to have a royal title through honor points. You can only hop up to Count/Countess, though.

If you want to set it for the "acceptable roleplay model":

1. Dev Mode - open debug actions menu (first cog, next to the circle+square)
2. Set Royal Title (Straight up search it in the box)
3. There you will have whatever section of the Empire has been generated in your world.
4. Titles are ordered from lesser to greater. Pick and click on the new "King" you want to have.

And that's pretty much it.

Ahh thanks. I missed that option. Awesome, thanks for the help. I bet King'll be a pain now though, cuz I just started and we are in survival mode.
You're welcome my dude.

Have a happy suffering.
