how to extract component?

Mine Compacted machinery or trade with passing caravan/trade ship or send out your own caravan's to friendly neighbours to buy some

from mechanoid.
i dis assemble mechanoid on machining table, but no component. whay?

Because they don't give any.

You can also make them from the "Fabrication Bench" later in the research tree

Instead of disassembling mechanoids for components, they now have a chance to carry a stack of components when they raid you and it just drops on the ground when you kill that one. Generally this means you get more components than previously for mechanoid raids, and you can increase this amount in the custom storyteller settings.
