My problem with it is that it takes up a trait slot. I would be fine with them if it wasn't replacing what could be Industrious or Jogger or Tough. If the game forces me to take them it's fine, same for Gay and Asexual. It's not a negative trait, it's just not a great one either.

Its less that they are homosexual and more that the trait [anything except hetero] takes up a trait that makes pawns more diverse and influences gameplay.
That is why i use psychology, it removes those traits and gives you a scala to show you how gay a pawn is.
