Nvd3dum.dll Caused and access violation (game crash error)
for whatever it might help someone else, paste bin here -> https://pastebin.com/MxDXZrP0

seems to happen sporadically, i havnt added anything too complicated recently to my mods collection, im not sure which mod exactly could be triggering it but im guessing it'd be one involving the mentioned DLL file. if all mods use it then the error log is even less helpful.

more info provided upon request, my system should be more than adequate so i doubt specs are the issue here, just mods not playing nice.

edit, looking at other past logs the DLL file mentioned changes, the one before that was Kernelbase.dll

this thread has been helpful in understanding potential issues thanks. i'll explore those here in awhile. Kernelbase.dll was only mentioned once out of 4 logs though, im curious what the other is, direct3d related?

the SFC scan found corrupt files and repaired them, we'll see if my issue persists, if it was the issue it'll honestly be the first time in a long time i had corrupt windows files of any kind. well, any that mattered for gaming xP.

I'm going to assume, based on the name, that it's either related to Direct 3D (as you stated) or to an Nvidia graphics card.

I do not know for sure, though.

so far seems that scan fix did the trick, no more random crashes so far.
