Mod for hauling to priority stockpile?
As i couldn't find a solution to my problem, can anybody recommend a mod which enables priority stockpile hauling?
As i have carnivores and omnivores in my colony, i want to set up a stockpile with only vegetarian food for the chickens and pigs and a seperate one for kibble for my dragons and thrumbos. As i have a huge "kitchen/ warehouse" where everything farming related gets stored and kibble is made, i'd like to have a seperate pile just for hay near the chicken / pig stable which gets filled first and only afterwards they shall stock the kitchen warehouse.
There are many mods for hauling priority when it comes to items, but not the stack it should be hauled to. Any way? I could work around with some quirky zone/stockpile arangement, but that would be far from the optimum solution.
Best regards

Edit: arranged it in a way that my like 40 chickens and 10 pigs may no be allowed into the walk in freezers with the hay but that's not how i'd like it to be.

Can't you just set the stockpile near your animals with a higher priority, then your long term storage with some priority lower than that. They will haul everything to where you want it, only the overflow would be stored in the long term storage area.

Yeah, either I'm missing something, or this can be perfectly accomplished with stockpile priority settings?

you have by default 5 priority levels available for storages. beside that the pawns will pick the shortest way to accomplish the hauling meaning they will haul the things to the closest storage with the highest priority.

unless those 5 levels arent enough for your situation you should be fine with what vanilla offers (you can achieve a lot with 5 levels).

Seems that i have a problem with a storage mod then, my bad.

Edit: seems there is no problem at all, i'm just blind and stupid af.
Thanks for response.

Is there any way to enable an on-off-switch? Like enable priority hauling when less items than XXX disable hauling when over XXX?

Because right now, with the normal priorities stockpiles give, any person who is assigned to hauling will carry Hay from point A to B until B is maxed but as soon as any one of the 60 animals eats from the maxed priority stockpile B, people start to carry Hay from A to B again, but as soon as the first person arriving at B fills up the stack, everybody else drops their stack and carries it back to A, resulting in many people assigned to hauling get stuck inbetween A and B and moving the stacks forth, back, forth, back, forth, back and so on.
Help?

Yes, that sounds like very annoying behavior indeed.
I'm not quite sure what the specific solution is, but there must be one, since that behavior is not normal. Generally, only one hauler should be hauling hay to that one hay stack at a time.
(At least I'm pretty sure that's the "normal" - unless that's behavior I modded out long ago and forgot about, but I don't think so.)

Are you using any mods that have to do with hauling/multiple pawns doing one job, something along those lines?
