Change biome?

I was wondering if there is a way to change the biome of a saved game? I am playing in a tropical biome and I love it except for that the temperature never goes down below 10 and I downloaded some mods that would be awesome with some snow. Now I know I can force snow with dev mode but I would prefer it being automatic rather than me doing it every time. I could also start a new game but I am too far in and in a perfect location for my taste.

So if anyone knows how to change the biomes on a saved game that would be awesome. The biomes of the whole world can change too for all I care as long as I get to keep the location and my colony the same and as long as it does not mess the mods I have.

Well back then we didn't have the option to move between the tiles, this post is from the second month of beta release still very early in the early access era
