Placing walls in dev mode

Is there a way to place walls in dev mode? As in, steel walls or stone block walls? I see how to place mountain tiles and furniture, but there doesn't seem to be any way to place constructed walls with it.

While god mode is turned on you can build anything with any resource free and instantly using the normal build tools.
