Sell to traders, later there's an electric crematorium where you can set rules to burn them. If you're really really really offended by them, make a high priority stockpile outside just for clothes and let them decay away. If even that's too slow, molotovs or frag grenades.

Also some mods have ways to burn clothes, or ways to disassemble them for materials.

If the question is how you make the pawns drop there cloth ... under gear tell them to drop whatever they wear... you can also set up rules for wha tthey can wear... think the menu is called manage ? .... you can set at what % they should find new cloth etc

To add on to Malty's post you can also build a campfire and burn them there as well.
