How to cook hunted animals step by step
Guys if i click consume corpse, does that mean the colonist will simply eat raw meat or is he going to make some dishes out of it ?

My colonists are starving and i cant seem to get them to do hunting and if I manually kill something/one I dont think they use meat to cook for others, I set hunting and cooking as top priority, and they are all starving and going mad someobedy help me :P

They will eat the body like animals does. You don't need butcher table but you will have the worst mood malus ever.

Oh dear... yep, first few steps are hard. People have put up guides in the steam workshop to help you. Here's a link to one. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=725088745

But basically, at first, kill your animal, by pressing hunt and getting someone to kill it. Next get a butchers table (in production menu). You will need to set up a bill, a menu button on top when you click the butchers table. You will need to set it to butcher creatures forever. One of your cooks will now work at this.

Now you got raw eatable meat.

To cook, you need a cooker, again found in the production menu. You need power for a cooker that runs on electricity, or wood for the non-electric one. Again, you must select from the bill, to tell them what to cook (simple meals best for now), and tell them how many to cook. (cook forever or cook until you have 10) You must have someone prioritised as cook in the work menu, and then you'll get meals. They go do it autonomously.

Too confusing, too hard? Then there are excellent youtube video's to show you what to do. (just search youtube for "Rimworld beginers guide")

Everything in this game works by, first giving workers the ability to do it, by allowing on the priorities in the work menu. Then by click the "production" item, setting up a bill, of what you want to do, what resources you want to make it out of, and how many you want to make.

Hope this helps, it's fiddly to explain.
