Where do I get "harmony"?
I've seen numerous mods mention it, I imagine it works similrly to how some mods are dependent on HugsLib? Where can I get Harmony and is it necessary?

Harmony is not a dependancy like hugslib or JecsTools, it is .dll file used in the creation of some mods

you can get it here and you only want it if you are creating mods
