How do I make fine carpet and fine tile?

I have researched carpet, but I can make carpet only, cant see any fine carpet or fine tile option in floor menu. I tried check it online but seems only I have this problem. my game version is 1.22, thanks for help.

fine stone floors should have unlocked via 'stone cutting' research

ah right. fine floors are part of royalty since they are a requirement for keeping nobles happy.

since you were asking about them i think i simply asumed you have royalty

thanks for askng, i dont use any mods. so i have to buy the royalty dlc to build fine carpet?

as mentioned fine carpets are just a special think for the DLC. if you want to use them just for their looks you're better off looking for a floor mod in the workshop

and regarding your question: yes you'd need the DLC for them

Carpet is a vanilla Rimworld feature. It has to be Researched and then can be constructed out of any "cloth" material, IIRC.
