Sleeping sickness
Basically my best doctor is at 13 and he keeps tending to my pawns (with herbal) with sleeping sickness as fast as he can, but its always a race between immunity and the disease even if i'm on point with the medical side. Even if the disease is 2% higher than my immunity its a lost cause because the immunity doesnt seem affected by nothin even sleeping or over 60% tending quality. Basically both of them goes at the same speed no matter what (and thats if i dont leave bed for 5 seconds because then my disease goes 1% higher and its over)

I heard some people say that sleeping sickness is a easy task or doesnt seem that dangerous but for me it killed 3 tribal colonist and soon it wil be 4.

You should keep them in bed for the entirety of their recovery time. The recovery time is incredibly long. Expect to be tending them for ~9 days with non-stop bed rest.

Even with poor tending quality, as long as your colonists rest in bed for the entirety of the sickness they won't die. Untreated severity growth is 0.5/hour, with treatment it goes as low as 0.2/hour. A healthy colonist resting in bed will gain immunity at ~0.45/hour. So just don't leave them untended. =)

Tend quality doesn't affect immunity gain rate. It reduces severity gain rate.
Anyway, resting improves immunity gain rate by a bit, and it's better if they're in a bed or bedroll instead of the ground, better yet with a hospital bed (the one you have to research) and best with a hospital bed with a vitals monitor attached.

so treating them slows down the sickness while immunity can raise normally. in that regard its just as important to tell them to go rest and keep them fed

Yes should've mentioned that too. If they're more than the first tier of hungry (the daily need, not the malnourished debuff) their immunity gain rate will slow down.
Also old people and people with lowered blood filtration will gain immunity slower as well.

Higher quality bed makes a difference, too. You can inspect the bed and see the difference in immunity gain between, say, a 'poor' bed and a 'good' bed.

Not for immunity gain. The quality of the bed influences rest effectiveness and surgery success chance, but not immunity.
