Battery Repair
I notice there is no option to repair batteries. Is this the case, or a bug?

I am not talking about breaking down. I am talking about actual damage, i.e. hit point loss.

It is a known bug. You have to reinstall the battery elsewhere or reload your game to be able to repair it.

Make sure it's in the Home zone, repairs are only done in the Home zone.

The work around I found for this is to ask your colonists uninstall and reinstall the battery. I just move the battery a tile over, and they seem to repair it automatically after moving.
