Alpha 17 Release date??

Hi guys, not sure if this has been asked already (im sure it has) is their an ETA on the release of Alpha 17?? im really geared up to start playing RImworld again but i dont want to start yet if there is a new update around the corner. thanks!

Not to immediately downplay this person's information, I don't frequent the discord. However, unless you can find it in writing, I would take what someone self-labeled as "troll" tells you with a grain of salt.

Well, Ramsis is also a mod here on Steam and on the Ludeon forums.That said, I haven't seen any mention from him on the discord of it being officially released. The only thing I remember seeing recently is him saying- I encourage you to release mods for A17, but don't complain if you release a mod now and there are still 6 more test releases before full release.

Yeah, second half of my post kind of wondered that as well. I am in the discord constantly and didn't see that post by him or see any pinned messages/announcements in regards to that.

I would say just jump in on the current build to get used to things again. But it's your preference.

I guess 1-3 weeks. But giving a definite date on a Rimworld update is always sketchy.

I think i will wait until A17 is released, i would rather get more excited and wait to play RimWorld as knowing me i would play the game to buggery and be burnt out before Alpha 17 gets here lol!
