How to learn Magic in Rimworld of magic mod...? i can´t figure it out... pls help me

You need to research gem crafting and the a second directly linked research( forgot its name) that is suposed to allow you to craft physical and magical aptitude gems. Those you use on one of your colonist and then they gain an affinity. Not sure about the class. Maybe you craft a skill scroll with the base skill?

Learning magic, you have to craft, buy, or find a tome. It will tell you what class of magic they learn, or they can learn a random class from an unspecified tome, or they get a certain class in Pawn Creation.

Not all spells are readily available in certain classes, and must be learned with points in their magic tab. Legendary spells, like Ressurection, need that specific spell scroll to learn it. Other scrolls can also let you learn spells that all mages can use or a specific class can learn, like Charge Battery for electric mages. And gems work like how zecond said.

Actually, ignore 'certain classes'. Its RNG what spells they already know, and if you're lucky, they can know every spell except for the Legendary spell, at least in my experience.

those unspecified tomes are empty and has get filled with with the classs by a pwan... but where i can get filled specified tomes? only from vandors? or craft them?

I think you can make specific tomes with I think top printing tech and it costs quite a chunk of resources
