its not a mod conflict its most likely he has the pawn on a anything TS and sadly how the game works is when you're set to anything the first thing you'll do is eat, recreate and mediate, however unlike the other 2 when psyfocus falls about 5% below the set threshold the pawn will go right back to mediate to hit her bar threshold the only way to fix this is to assign an actual TS with sleep work recreate and mediation times the other way to fix this with a anything TS is to set the bar to 0% and set medation times so they can get psyfocus but it has its problems so its up to you
Read what i said above
I'm guessing your colonist is a noble or artistic meditation type. Set their psyfocus to 0% so that they won't automatically try to meditate. Then go to their schedule and assign them slots to meditate. In general 3-5 meditation time slots is enough to keep someone at 100% psyfocus.
Curious! I'd never noticed because I have designated meditation times, which allows them to focus above their desired psyfocus. I just spent some time experimenting with my settings - there's one other variation if you don't want to schedule work/sleep/recreation. You must specify enough meditation time to get your pawn sufficiently above the desired psyfocus level that they remain above their desired target for the rest of the day.
Personally i like setting actual schedules and most people complain oh well then they don't get this and this and more mood breaks, well duh you're not setting it up correctly. It can work if you do it correctly anything is great for the early game, but once you start getting more and more pawns and way more wealth setting an actual schedule is the way to go and there is a mod out there that can allow you to have multiple schedules that you can flick back and forth, "better pawn control" its really handy for after long raids to help restore pawn mood or you needed a pawn to do something into the night and want them to sleep longer.
Anything is annoying later into the game because they'll ♥♥♥♥ off mid day to go recreate even if they're across the entire map effectively wasting most of the day walking one place doing one thing then walking back to recreate, before doing work, Best main schedule i have found to work well to date is Hour 0-4 sleep > 5-7 recreate > 8-11 mediate ( if psycaster otherwise its anything + medation slowly fills recreate as well) > work 12 to 21 > then sleep 22 to 23 obviously going into 0 again.
