Dumbest deaths so far

What are some of the dumbest way some of your colonists died? I just had 2 people die to man-eating chickens. there where so many chickens... our guns had no effect.

over 80 man eating rats. The horror.

husband shot his wife in a hunting accident, she lost an eye. later she was attacked by a bear and lost a leg . I think in the end she was killed in a raid . but by this time she had left the husband and he wasnt bothered when she died .

Mining a cave in without putting up supports first. I dug out the rubble after, hoping to find a body to entomb. Engie was gone forever.

This also qualifies for the funniest death ive seen.....

So I just have 2 colonist fighting in the middle of a shooting field as raiders are 30 square tiles away.

So I just ordered everyone to shoot Ben because I didn't want Samantha to die.

It stopped the social fight.... And defended successfully without any major injuries. But Ben never returned...

Setting up raid defense, Tribals all circled around in a nice kill box formation. We'd salvaged a couple guns before that, so a few mates were sporting a hunting rifle and an assault rifle. Poor guy with the bow was standing...Relatively? in front of the chick with the hunting rifle. Then a raider takes a left turn. The same raider the rifle girl was drawing a bead on. Bullet goes right through Bow Guy's brain pan. Shot heard 'round the colony.

My funnest death was I built a colony in the mountain like normal. But after a short dig I found this small 5 by 5 gap with open roof i normaly make that my party/ dinner area so I put the table in the middle and my people put a roof over top. So after a few days two of my people are talking at the table eating. Little do they know a drop pod comes falling from the sky and hits the only spot it can in my base. Lets just say that Sting never saw it coming. We got good food though even my people dogs. Also Clara the person sting was talking to got a nice eye patch.

I was building rooms inside a mountain, stupidly walled a colonist in by mistake. Normally the colonist would get hungry and I would notice they were stuck, but unluckily an infestation popped up in the room with the stuck colonist. He didn't make it.

Dumbest? Destroying a colonist's brain via leg surgery. Also, manhunting warg pack.

The funniest? Arming my whole colony with molotovs and covering most of my compound with a wooden floor.
