2. If they can move, put a stockpile in the prisoners room. They will dress themselves. It is best to put just one square of stockpile in there and micro-manage what you want in there. Another good method is have one of your pawns wear what you want the prisoner to wear, draft them and walk them into the cell, then tell them to drop the clothing. It will drop on the floor and stay forbidden. Don't worry about un-forbidding it, the prisoners don't care about forbidden status. Leaving it forbidden will also prevent a hauler from coming in and moving it back out to a stockpile.
