Just to preface this, I don't actually speak Spanish, and therefore I am using google translate, so if not everything I'm saying makes sense, that's why. There are a few ways to deal with painful scars in the game. Probably the easiest is just constantly keep your colonists on drugs that reduce the pain, though this is expensive, and you run the risk of addiction. In addition, not all drugs completely eliminate pain, so there might still be a small mood penalty. You could also replace the limb that has the scar entirely, though obviously this isn't possible on scars that are on the chest or head. Alternatively, you could heal the scar with a healer mech serum, but these are rare and only obtained on quests, and are almost always better used on missing limbs. Lastly, you could use the drug Luciferium, but there are several drawbacks to this. Luciferium will always, not matter what, cause your pawn to become addicted to it upon the first use. There is no way to get rid of the addiction. Once addicted, a pawn will need to take Luciferium once every 5 or 6 days, or they will go into withdrawal and die. However, the drug slowly(once every 15 days or so) will heal permanent injuries, like scars, and it improves some colonist stats.
