Idk none of those mods.
Every item in the game is going to have an "i" (Info) symbol on the upper right-hand side of the icon that you can click on. It should take you to a description page for that item. But... yeah, you have to already have the item on your map for you to click on it so you can click on the little "i." :)
Modders should include full descriptions in-game where appropriate. (Description pane, stats, mouse-hover, build icon, etc.) I don't use mods when I don't know what they actually do or what function their added items/builds fulfill so I haven't had any glaring issues, there.
Vanilla RW does fine without an in-game encyclopedia and the online wiki is very useful even if it's not always updated. It doesn't really need an in-game encyclopedia, though that would be nice to have.
AND (if you have the vanilla furniture expanded - medical mod like I do) the hospital tab will be OUTLINED in blue and if you click on it you'll see that "intravenous drip stand" will be highlighted too. But you have to scroll to the hospital tree (which is out of sight from the electricity tree) in order to see the highlighting and find the corresponding item.
It's deceiving because when you type a word into the research tree search bar it will only "jump" you to the first instance of that word. You can't, for example, hop from one instance to another using arrow keys (like how it works if you use the finder function CTRL+F on a web browser). But every item that has the word in it will be highlighted under the corresponding tree - indicated by that somewhat vague blue outline.
So as long as you know the title of what you're looking for, you can find it that way. Hope that helps. Cheers.
