How to harvest organs and am i missing some researchs?

Hi everyone!

I have seen that you could harvest organ? But i can't find anything in the game so far?

And do we unlock more researchs or all the researchs listed from the beginning are all we have?

Select the pawn you want to harvest, but be aware that most organs are necessary for their survival. if you are harvesting a prisonner, your colony will get a mood debuff.

So, now that you have the pawn selected, go to their "health" tab. in that section at the top there should be two more tabs: "overview" and "operations"
select operations, then there should be a dropdown list of operations available to the pawn, such as harvesting those organs.

the pawn will then go to a medical bed and wait for a procedure

For the second question, you unlock more research items by building a research bench. then go to the research tab, select what you want to reseaarch, then click the research button on the lower left

He was refering to researches being hidden, which they're not.
