How do you check for that stuff? No information of anything that even remotely resembles the stuff you're talking about is in any of the tabs.
It is a powerful tab. If you are new, important systems to learn, in rough order of importance is Work Tab>Advanced Bill Settings>Scheduling>Restrictions (Food, Drug, Clothing and Area restrictions).
I am familiar with the tab. I only just now saw the meditation tab. Was not there before when I used to play the game. None of my colonists are assigned meditation time. Yet my only colonist with a title spends literally all day doing nothing but meditation.
None of my 5 nobles in my current colony is a baroness yet, so I'll use Lumi from the previous colony. She was a Countess.
Here's how I know what work she can do,

Here's how I know everything about her,

See that blue "I" at the top left of the player tab? Click it and...

I hope that helps ;)
Buddy, I have almost 600 hours on this game. I know how to use the work tabs and to schedule specific activities for certain times of day. Something else is going on. Is there some sort of setting you are supposed to change after they become Baroness?
She is the dignified artistic meditation type. I have designated specific hours for meditation. She still will ONLY sit and meditate.
Up until she became Baroness, she functioned perfectly normally like any other one of my Pawns.
The meditation category for the work schedule is new, but it shouldn't be hard for you to allocate as I showed above for my 5 pawns. They are all dignified/artistic too.
Being dignified means their meditation type involves sitting on their throne.
Being artistic means meditating in front of an impressive piece of artwork if you have placed a meditation spot there for them to use. The better the artwork, the better the psyfocus gain.
Meditation will also give them some recreation gain too. It has replaced the authority need they used to have.
Therefore, I give my pawns 2 hours per day of recreation, 2 hours of anything, 8 hours of meditation, 8 hours of sleep and 4 hours of work.
Personally, I would'nt care if my highest ranked nobles couldn't work at all, since they are much more useful in combat and by providing inspirational speeches, as well as currying lots of favour with the empire and all that has to offer.
What schedule have you set for your baroness and as for work, what sort of work can she do?
Stop talking and show us.
Please post a screenshot of her work tab and her schedule as well as her bio.
It even was in English.
@OP, from the wiki:
Incapable of: Cleaning, Haul, Plant cut, Grow, Mining, Cook, Construct, Smith, Handle, Tailor, Craft.
https://rimworldwiki.com/wiki/Titles
That basically leaves:
Firefight, Patient, Doctor, Bed Rest, Basic, Warden, Hunt, Art, Research
But that only is true if they have the above mentioned 3 traits, abrasive, greedy, jealous. So that has to be going on here.
So if it isn't the scheduling, it is probably the traits. If it isn't either, it could be the work tab. If it isn't any of those, it is probably a mod conflict, but I doubt that, because if the problem only began at countess, I don't think there are any mods that interact with the titles system yet.
Anyway, nobody here has had a problem helping, however when you are getting free help from strangers, it is generally a good idea to be polite.
