Is your prosthetic stored in a stockpile or lying on the ground? Have you tried removing the "flesh" arm and looking for the option then?

and i think you need simple prosthetics researched in the prosthetics tab first?

those are not prosthetic... those are flesh and blood limbs...

Stupid question. The arm you are wanting to install is just a standard arm without any modifications. Is the intended patient even missing an arm? or does he have scars?

the names for EPOE IIRC are steel arm (basic) simple prosthetic arm(T1) bionic arm (T2) advanced bionic arm (T3) advanced bionic arm (different colour, trade only, i think T4).

"Arm" is a flesh and blood arm taken off of someone. for purists.
