Anima tree and tribal pawns
So i understand that tribals are the only ones that can use the anima tree but if i have recruited pawns thats used to be tribals does that count as well or do i have to start as a tribe for it to count?

It's based on the colonist, not your start. Any colonist that has a suitable back story can use the tree.

so as long as they have the natural trait for psy powers itll grow grass?

so long as you meditate there, yes, it should

be warned, linking with the tree takes like five hours of-in game time
