How do you find out what type of meditation someone needs?

The type they prefer should be shown in their backstory. I think they can use any type but prefer one. I have had 2 colonists with no preference use anima tree or meditate in their room. Doesn't show that either of those 2 have a meditation type.

Click the "i" for all the background info of a colonist. It shows which type of meditation they will/can do.

If you hover over the backstory it’ll show it -if they have a background that unlocks it. I have pawn with the cave child backstory (ancient danger survivor) who doesn’t have a preferred mediation type listed, and tribal with “nature.”
