Tribute collector: still broken or just me?

"- Fix: Tribute collector doesn't arrive unless you have a knight"

Was this fixed so that you no longer require a knight to receive tribute collector, or must I have a knight in my colony before one arrives?

Either way my colony is still got receiving a tribute collector. My prisoners are going bezerk over here!

Has anyone else encountered any issues with tribute collector?

you only get a tribute collector twice every year. and you need a knight to chat with them

Mine does work properly, but I do wonder how to better control my prisoners. When I saw two prisoners break out of two different locations, I was furious. It seems unfair having a prison.

You need a knight or higher for trading. Anyone can interact with the tribute collect and gain favors
