Not only human meat, they do however only eat RAW meat (or corpses, animal and/or human) so cooking it makes it inedible for them.
Corpses can't be used for training though, you'll need raw meat for that. Do you have enough of the meat to use for the warg's training? Not sure if 1 piece of meat is all that's needed or if it's more. Or... possibly check if you changed the food restrictions for your warg for any reason, maybe accidentally disallowing fresh meat or changing the "health" bar for the food allowed?
Off the top of my head it's the only thing I can think of.
Go into their gear tab and drop the meal, then right-click the animal again to train, and they will grab the correct food if there is enough of it available.
TLDR: The minimum seems to be 35x Raw Meat.
If that doesn't work, try emptying the handler's inventory and/or have 35 pieces of the same kind of meat. That way it all goes in the same stack, which might help (?)
Because people still google information about Rimworld and end up on this page.
