I got quit a chuckle out of both of your comments... Thank you for that.
Yes.
Nope, not the one. I tried #29 one too that I thought is faulty, but it ain't.
and with that long of a list, it is easier to get through the whole process of finding the bugged mod yourself:
first, deactivate all mods and start a new colony, is it fixed? if no, go to "C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld by Ludeon Studios" and move all the content somewhere else and verify your game through steam (or better, uninstall it, delete the game foulder afterwards, reboot your system and install it again)
if it was fixed by removing all mods (i believe it will) following steps are (again, imho) the best way to do it. after each step, test it if it works
1. activate all requiered mods (like harmony, hugs lib and so on, harmony should be on the top)
if it doesn't work: unsubscribe to the mods and make sure you don't have any local copy of them.
make sure they are all 1.1 compatible, subscribe again and test it.
2. activate all mods you yourself think are most important and you cannot live without. if it doesn't work afterwards, one of those mods is the problem, try to pinpoint which one by deactivating them one by one. if it works:
3. activate first half of the remaining mods.
if it doesn't work, deactivate the mods and activate the other half
if it works, repeat from step 3 until all mods are activated or you have a handfull of mods that causes the bug.
best way is to tell the mod author that his mod might be incompatible with another one (if you know which two are conflicting with eachother, if you don't, skip this), and either wait for an update for the mod or live without it.
not all mods are compatible with eachother, some of them never will be (like two mods trying to change the same thing)
post your log.
I did post mod list, but figured nobody is going to read through that many mods and removed it, and that's on me. But the witty comments were asking for similar reply from me, so that one's on you.
Anyway, here's the log (which is one I should have posted instead).

I see what you mean, but I already been doing similar troubleshooting to locate mod/s that would be crashing Rimworld at startup. But considering how many mods I got, and having to wait for game to start and then load the save, its going to take incredibly long time to troubleshoot. That's why I made this post, in hopes I can pinpoint the suspicious mods with some help, and then use those clues to troubleshoot quicker.
It is, but also not really. It cannot go above the core, but there are few mods that must go above core and therefore hugslib too.
Also, are you on 1.1? Last I checked, Medieval Times was still on 1.0 except for the unofficial fan update.
Most errors can be ignored, as I had similar appear before (like in 1.0), and game functioned just fine. It gotta be specific one that's actually making problems. Maybe one that repeats itself a lot. But I cannot always tell from which mod it is.
I'm using unofficial update, and I am on 1.1. I made sure I have no 1.0 mods at all by unsubscribing from everything and filtering workshop to 1.1 only.
Gonna try changing the position of Harmony and disabling Replace Stuff.
