No Merciless?

I can't play on Merciless anymore... the option doesn't exist. I only have ...Medium, Rough, Savage. But no Merciless.

Is there not a button at the bottom of that window to unlock merciless?

It's towards the bottom of the screen, separate. Or a mod issue if it really isn't there

It doesn't show up by default in a new install. You either need to beat the game on the harder difficulties first or you need to click the button to open up the merciless level.

Once you press the button to unlock merciless, then yes, it does show up just below savage in red.
