Edit: If their jaw is shattered or missing dentures fix that.
Those wooden, herbal dentures are the newest fad in Haven. Least everyone will be a little messed up. Who needs your original jaws anyway.
If someone has a broken/shattered jaw it fixes it.
However it doesnt restore functionality to 100% and affects the persons talking and eating as mentioned.
If you capture raiders you dont want and plan on releasing...you can add these to practice medical skill, along with giving them peg legs.

Except for one little thing....
No one has meantioned how much more efficient it is to just leave the dead prisoners that died to "unforseen heart removal complications" and let the living ones chow down on them to give your hardworking doctors some downtime before they get the rest of the valuable mony makers sloshing around inside of those prisoners!
