Unable to trade with comms console

When I try to trade with someone by using comms console I always get message that I cant afford this item even tho I got tons of silver and room space in my inventory rooms.
I also did trade like that beofre and it worked but now its not.

Keep in mind that in addition to the Trade Console you also need Orbital Trade Beacons that have stuff you want to sell in their sphere of influence; that goes for silver to (seeing as you trade said silver for goods). Hence; if you don't have silver in the sphere of influence of an orbital trade beacon you will get the message that you can't afford items.

Your silver needs to be within range of an orbital trade beacon to be used.
