Quest pawns not arriving at my colony

I got a quest to keep a pawn safe at my base for two days and for raids to occur, then for me to send her home in a shuttle. The pawn never showed up, so I got two days of raids and was unable to complete the quest.
Edit: Same thing happened during a similiar quest.

I just got a quest where hovering over the notification didn't show where the quest target was but it did actually arrive on the map. At my designated landing zone in fact.

just did another test with No mods still no people arriving for quests :S
