wanna ask how can i purchase one, doesn't seen it sell anywhere, includes caravan from the empire and exotic trade ship

I usually find mine by making caravans and visiting imperials. They dont sell a ton worth buying and are picky on what they will buy, but the main reason to visit them is to check for high end link weapons, advanced components (usually have 6+ in stock), techprints, and psycast trainers.

Remember they will only trade with a Dame (i think) or higher.
