Help: I want a Rat to cook my meals.

I'm talking the rat from rattatootie. I want that lil tootie scampering around cooking up stews and steaks.

is there a mod that i can change a pawn's sprite to a rat? teach a rat colonist skills? what can i do? i need that rat in my kitchen...
