Not even one mission or quest, no prison resque, no raids, no AI for ship to escape planet, no Royalty quests also...
Is just a game without any inccidents or quest... plain nothing XD
I went to vanilla with the release of 1.1 and found Hugslib and some others to remain in this directory even after an unsubscribe, verify and even a reinstall. Maybe you have a mod remnant there that is causing the strange behavior.
C:\Users\%your user name%\AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios
Vanilla will have a 'Config', 'Saves' and 'Scenarios' folder and two player logs in there. If you see anything else there it is from a mod and you can delete it if going vanilla.
The 'Config' folder may have a 'ModsConfig' folder in there that can be deleted if going vanilla.
Vanilla is best at the moment until the mods settle down with the recent 1.1 update.
That folder will be repopulated with vanilla files the next time you start RimWorld.
