No bills appear

Hello,

I am running a good amount of mods (about 93) from a mod pack called Raider Empire by Ryan

So after I start I get some issues with bills

No objects that allow for adding bills actually add bills, I click on bills and a very small black screen shows up where the bill addition interface would show

I've no idea which mod could be causing the issue. Has anyone else had this problem? Did you figure out which mod was causing the problem?

all of my mods are set for version 1.0 since I am playing that version and no other issues existed until I started adding the mods from Raider Empire

Never mind I found it

It was the Mint Menus mod that was causing the issue
