unstable powercell

so i managed to claim one of these from a mech swarm. Now i know they had a nasty explosion radius. but can i use them and what are the chances of them exploding?

Explosion cant get thru walls, so its safe to use if you wall them in after installing.

ive had a bunch of cores for 5 years and there's been no event relating to them specificaly, except for Zzzzt

Yeah they don't explode on their own, just don't stack them near eachother and safety first as always.
