Depending on their title/nobility ranking, they will require:
Throne room of appropriate size, furniture and impressiveness (must be clean and lit at all times)
Bedroom of appropriate size, furniture and impressiveness (must be clean at all times)
Lavish meals
Correct royal apparel or powered gear
Level of authority gained from reigning
Their decrees must be satisfied
They should not experience anything upsetting.

No I mean how to ride of debuff with name "noble expectations -6" ?

My royals already got fully stuffed room and throneroom. At least I gon no tasks in right corner of the screen, and no related debuffs, I guess except this one.

Give them everything they need and their debuff will be more than compensated by the positive buffs they'll receive.

All of the "Expectations" mood buffs/debuffs are counterweights to what your pawn expects to have based on your colony's wealth. So when you start a new game and have literally nothing, everyone has like a +40 Extremely Low Expectations mood because they're just happy to not be dead. As you grow more established, that +40 gets smaller and is expected to be made up by things like comfort and recreation items.

In the base game Expectations eventually just becomes 0. But Royals are basically your colony's expectations +2 because they're, well, Royal. This means their expectations will actually infer a negative mood at high enough colony wealth.

You can't, it is a permanent debuff to balance royals. One rank above is royal expectations -12. You could balance with a sanguine pawn or transhumanist pawn with lots of bionic parts.

Colony wealth is how rich your colony is.
Meaning, that people will expect more from the richest colony on the rimworld than some dump.
That's why you get higher and higher expectations the longer you play.

Check your History tab, then the Statistics. It'll show your colony wealth. (People/pets, items and buildings all contribute.)

Most if not every item has some form of value. It's just an accumulation.

Check your History tab. There you can see your colony's wealth growth over time.
For example, here's my current colony...

Everything. Silver, items, buildings, tamed animals, the colonist's themselves... it's also what determines the strength of raids and other events.

In one of the menus you can see a graph of your colony wealth.
