does this game have family sharing?

You can copy the game's directory to anywhere you like and play it. It'll complain about Steam, just click through that and it'll run like normal. If you have mods subscribed, you'll just need to do a manual copy of those from the Steam content folder into the game's Mods folder and activate them in-game.

i mean i dont even have an option to install it, like my friend wouldnt have the game, but he have

Then the likely answer is no.... There is no family sharing for this game.

If you want to demo it before buying the 2 hour return policy is a good option. That should be more than enough time to get through the tutorial.
