Removing tile floor
So ,as my colony expanded i found an annoying piece of limestone tile floor in a perfect spot for a huge weed plantation and none of the tools seem to be working on it. So is there a way to remove such things leaving a naked ground for farming?

If its a placed tile floor, yes. Go into the flooring tab and use "remove flooring".

If its natural stone flooring, I do not believe there is a vanilla way to remove that, but there are several mods that have options.

EDIT - this doesnt mean whats below it will be farmable soil, it could be stone. Thats just luck and/or location.

You might try using the deconstruct order if you haven't already. You may have to "Claim" it first if it wasn't built by you?

You can deconstruct anything, owned or not, including the bits of crashed spaceship you find (for steel slag).

Just install you own flooring over it. I advise the "remove floor" type.

The thing is that it looks like a limestone tile floor ,it says that it's a limestone tile floor when i put my cursor on it ,yet neither the "remove flooring" nor any other command-type-tool works on it even tho it's in my home area

You can't claim or select floors. Just drag the remove floor tool around it, there is no base game mechanic that should block that, assuming it actually says "tile." You can't remove rough, rough hewn, or smooth stone floors without mods/dev mode. If you aren't playing in English those words might not be translated exactly right.
