how long should they be in bed rest?
If your colonist is not completely incapacitated please check their "Bedrest" priority in the "Work" tab. Change it to lower than anything else and IF they are able to walk then that should get them up.
You can check the colonists health tab and you may see their movement stat reduced to zero. You can hover the mouse over that stat to see a detail on what is affecting it.
They should recover with herbal medicine when the muscle parasites have run their course. Unfortunately muscle parasites do take a while to pass.
its jsut i cant get rid of any of those things and the muscle parasites just wont go away
If you want to see current progress towards healing, activate dev mode, then go to health tab, check DiffDebugInfo mark. You'll be able to see totalTendQuality done on muscle parasites
Wow, good to know this.
The pawns are already a big issue themselves so keeping things simple is a better choice
