identify the mod folder?

each mod download to a folder named with number... how can I find any mod folder?

folder number will be same as mod id on steampage addres

Sometimes, I'm too lazy to check steam id, and run search by some word in entire mods folder.

For any mods I get through Steam, I move them to the manual folder and rename the folder with the actual name of the mod, and the date I moved it, along with its number.

For example, this is the name of one of the mod folders:
"Farmable Neutroamine 1283484513 2018_09_30"

Putting the date in there lets me check the mod later to see if the most recent update is newer than the date I moved that mod folder. Need to check this because after moving it from the Steam location it will no longer auto_update. (a good thing in my opinion)
