Bridge removal -> Sand on river
When I remove a bridge there will be sand left on the river. Doesnt look good^^. Is there a way to remove the sand? Tried it even with devmode (kill/destroy), but nothing helps. Does the river wash the sand away after some time or is there anything else i could do?

Sand = construction rubble (dirt, trash, etc). If yes, try to assign are there witha pawn, and set his job prio to clean. Dono if this works or not... but you lose nothing if u try.

If the terrain change from water to sand... that shoud be a mod problem.

Here you can see it is real sand and not rubble, but thank you. Than it must be a mod problem because I use many. If this is the case and i cant remove it, I must build it into something usefull/beautifull :D

One of the devmode buttons has the option "Set Terrain". You can use that to fix it temporarily.

the default bridges are technically platforms meant to hold up objects and not really "bridges"

there is a bridges mod that specifically acts as a bridge and doesn't allow objects to be built on it.
