Thus spake the wiki:
Milk is a raw food animal product obtained from tamed female animals only. Consumption does not cause negative thoughts and it is an ingredient for fine or lavish meals.
Handlers milk animals when they are ready, producing milk which will then be left on the ground. To avoid excessive hauling jobs, zone your milk-producing animals in a convenient animal area near your freezer.
The following animals produce milk:
Caribou
Cow
Dromedary
Elk
Muffalo
Despite certain outside references, one cannot milk a rat

Not even a boomrat.
But you CAN milk a boomalope. Except you don't get milk you get rocket fuel.
Do not drink rocket fuel!
Good to know.
You mean that male boomalope?
Nah, I'm a realist.
Milk is what you get by fondling females, whether they are willing or not.
Eggs you get by kidnapping, smashing and burning the children of birds.
Bacon is what you get by hacking the belly off a pig, smoking it, then slicing it even thinner before burning the heck out of it.
Now, let me go eat my Bacon&Egg breakfast, with a nice healthy glass of Milk. Yummy!
Pork belly is never used for bacon, but makes another type of dish which is usually roasted.
*I* like streaky bacon, and that is most definitely made from Pork Belly.
Back bacon is the much more boring bacon, with a 'round' meaty bit. The Brits like it, but in the US Streaky bacon (belly bacon) is preferred.
Streaky bacon works best extra crispy, and back bacon works best soft-cooked.
The Italians also make a fine bacon from the jowls of the pig, but i've never developed a taste for that.
