PS: It was a woman in the cell. I think she had misinterpreting the intention of the male colonist taking his pant off. :D
I use this to get rid of that annoying "tattered clothing" debuff on my prisoners. It doesn't help that the Medieval Times mod adds socks+shoes+gloves, and seemingly EVERY raider has terrible hand+footwear that makes them cranky.
IE - if you get a prisoner, it moves in, puts on the tribal wear, and this triggers the tailor to make another one for the next prisoner.
You can also strip colonists at any time to get rid of their tattered clothes or armor. I suggest waiting until they are sleeping so they don't start instantly putting it all back on, that way you can quickly haul it out and give them some cheap tribalwear to equip when they wake up.
You can also just strip themin cellsand take their armor and leave the rest of their crap in there, they might pick it back up and wear it again. (or youllsee themall try to rush for each others clothes)
