Le edit: Apparently Steam doesn't like that link, but just filter the workshop for the 1.1 tag. That's a curated list of all mods that are supposed to work with the current build.
I have no clue what you're talking about...MY modlist (active mods) is currently 25 pages...with an average of 8 mods per workshop page (when viewed in subbed files) that means I have 200 mods running atm. No issues here.....
Some of the headlines (lib-mods not included because you need them to run other mods):
* Pawnmorpher
* Smokeleaf Industries Reborn
* VGP (Entire collection)
* Fluffy's mod (all except the mod-manager)
* Cupro's Stone
* Expanded Woodworking
* Androids (entire collection)
* Run 'n Gun
* Apparello 2
* Infused
* Outfitted
* Rimworld of Magic
* Chtulu factions & cosmic horrors
* Genetic Rim (plus all patches for following:)
* Megafauna
* Dinosauria
* Alpha Biomes
* Alpha Animals
* and loads and LOADS of extra race mods (like Kijin, Dragonian, forsaken etc etc etc)

But yeah, the link shared above by Jigain should work.
If not, then try this.
I know there were some others which had this issue too at first, but the ones I knew of have since been fixed; or I decided I didn't need them.
If you have a specific set of mods in mind that you want to use, perhaps apply them to your game one-by-one, and take note of which ones are accepted and which ones the game spits out.

just be sure that regardless of what mods you use, the "Harmony" mod needs to be at the very top of the list, even above the vanilla game's "core" and "royalty" modules, then the "Hugslib" mod needs to be right below those- this can be adjusted in the main menu under "mods" by dragging mods in the list up and down to arrange them. Most mods require Hugslib and/or Harmony, they're included in that collection. In the game's mod menu, make sure to click the red X next to each mod to enable them, when you exit that menu rimworld then automatically restarts and you're good to go.
I found this collection that works well
